We’re Hiring: Head Preschool Teacher

  • We’re looking for the right person to join our team as a Head Preschool Teacher. This is a full-time or part-time position for someone who’s ready to make a difference in the lives of young children every single day. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, patience, and a deep love for early learning.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a preschool classroom of up to 10 children with care and confidence
    • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum
    • Foster a positive, engaging learning environment
    • Communicate effectively with families and team members
    • Provide guidance, encouragement, and structure to support each child’s growth

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Early Childhood Education or at least 1 year of teaching experience
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Positive, take-charge attitude and a loving personality
    • Physically able to lift 40 lbs and actively participate in classroom activities
    • Must obtain CPR and Food Handler’s Permit
    • Must pass a criminal background check
